Instructions for Driveway Access and Utility Permit Application Requests:
- Download Permit Application
- Complete and sign (all necessary signatures)
- Return application via email to the Highway Commissioner roadcommissioner@rutlandtownship.com (or via USPS/FedEx/UPS)
Appropriate Fees must be mailed via USPS or FedEx or UPS to the Township Offices:

Review and approval will take place following receipt of completed and signed application and necessary fees. Notification of approved permits will be sent via email or cell phone to applicants.
